Albany NY Fitness Personal Training Offers:
- 12 Week Gym Programs
- 45 minute Gym sessions
- 2 days/week or 3 days/week (can up-grade to 3 days/week after Gym program starts)
- 1st session will be 1 hour to include focus on proper warm-up and cool down
- Gym sessions are tailored to meet your every training need.
- We are working with you directly towards your goals.
- These gym sessions can be scheduled at any time Monday – Saturday.

- Will monitor your weight, measurements, and body fat percentage
- Teaches you how to get RESULTS in the safest, fastest way possible!
Training includes nutritional guidance: proper caloric intake, macro-nutrient breakdown (carb/fat/protein), food timing and food choice.
Training does not include food plans. Your nutritional guidance is designed to educate you, allowing to you create your own meals. However, you will be required to come to each session with your daily food log.
