Starting a fitness routine can be overwhelming. Let our trainers safely walk you along this journey.
After your in-depth consultation we develop the right starting point for you whether you're a 1st timer or advanced. 

​Get the direct attention you need with our 1 on 1 personal training program.
  • 12 Week  Gym Program commitment. 
  • 45 minute  Gym sessions directly with your trainer.
  • 1 day/week to 5 days/week. 
  • 1st session will be 1 hour to include focus on proper warm-up and cool down.

We accept dedicated clients who are serious about obtaining their fitness goals.
  •  Gym sessions are tailored to meet your every training need.
  •  We are working with you directly towards your goals.
  • These gym sessions can be scheduled at any time Monday – Sunday.

During your personal training sessions at The Revolution, Albany NY Fitness, you will work with a certified trainer who:
  • Specializes in your needs.
  • Coaching on your nutritional lifestyle changes.
  • Will monitor your weight, measurements, and body fat percentage.
  • Teaches you how to get RESULTS in the safest, fastest way possible!

Subsequent sessions will be 45 minutes in which you will be accountable for your own warm-up and cool-down outside our 45 minute training session.
Training includes nutritional guidance:  proper caloric intake, macro-nutrient breakdown (carb/fat/protein), food timing and food choice.
Training does not include food plans. Your nutritional guidance is designed to educate you, allowing you to create your own meals.  However, you will be required to come to each session with your daily food log.
​Our 24 hour cancellation policy ensures your commitment to your program, a mutual respect of trainer/clients time, as well as accountability to you as a client.
